2em\"\u003e作为农民增收的重要来源，乡村富民产业发展势头良好。一季度，农产品加工业稳中有进，规模以上农副食品加工业增加值同比增长6.8%。3月，全国农业产业化国家重点龙头企业采购经理指数（PMI）为58.1%，保持在50%以上扩张区间，环比、同比分别上升6.8个、3.8个百分点，行业景气水平持续提升。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-indent: 2em\"\u003e巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接五年过渡期任务已圆满完成，今年是转向常态化帮扶的第一年。许健民介绍，“党中央已经对统筹建立常态化防止返贫致贫机制作出了全面部署。农业农村部会同有关部门制定出台了系列配套政策文件，指导各地落细落实常态化精准帮扶各项工作举措，持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果，牢牢守住不发生规模性返贫致贫底线。”一季度，新增发放帮扶小额信贷101.3亿元，支持帮扶对象发展生产。帮扶对象务工就业形势总体稳定。\u003c!--MID_AD_2--\u003e\u003c!--EOP_2--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003c!--PARAGRAPH_2--\u003e\u003cp
